February 20, 2018 Board Meeting Agenda Item #21 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #18-0108 FOR COMMERCIAL KITCHEN REFRIGERATION - MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION SERVICES Description Bids to provide 'Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration - Maintenance and Installation Services' were received from three vendors on January 25, 2018. The bid of ABM Building Services, was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. Reasons for not selecting the apparent low bid are included with the bid tabulation. This bid is for a period of three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Funds for these purchases are contained in the budget allocated to the Facilites Recommendation That the bid of ABM Building Services, to provide 'Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration and Installation Services' in an amount not to exceed $700,000.00 for a three-year period, be approved as presented.
